Ready to take the first step? Sign up for your initial visit. This will include a full history and if appropriate an in-person physical exam. This will include your medication prescription filled at your pharmacy of choice if medication is recommended.
If you do not qualify for care with us you will only be charged $25.00 for consultation.

This includes education on neurotoxin and side effects as well as a full online consult prior to your injections. Your deposit is non-refundable and does apply to the cost of your neurotoxin treatment.

Botox is $14/unit will price match in local area within 30 miles!
If you hold a party and have 4 paying customers you will receive $100 off your treatment!
Event pricing is also $12 a unit!
If you hold a party I also offer other products such as skin care, jewelry, and make-up your guest can browse through if they are not interested in neurotoxin treatments!
