What is Botox? What is Xeomin? How are they different?
Botox and Xeomin are both used to treat and prevent wrinkles, fine lines, and deep facial furrows. By working beneath the surface, Botox and Xeomin help reduce the underlying muscle activity that causes the skin to appear wrinkled or folded.
When will I see results?
You will start seeing some results in as quick as 3-5 days, but optimal results are achieved at approximately 14 days.
How long do results last?
Results from Botox and Xeomin are not permanent. Effects usually last about 3-4 months.
How many treatments will I need?
Botox and Xeomin will only need one single treatment to show results. However, results last about 3-4 months, therefore treatments can continue upon this timeline for as long as the patient desires. The optimal treatment plan would to be seen every 3-4 months or 3-4 times a year.
Will my wrinkles get worse if I stop getting it?
No, your wrinkles will go back to baseline (the way they were before having a treatment).
