Biography
Dr. Rose Lee Samples is a AANP board-certified family nurse practitioner and is a native of Eureka, KS. She began her career as a nurse 20 years ago graduating from Butler County College of Nursing and has experience in medical-surgical care, surgery, emergency medicine, and trauma flight. She went on to earn her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Creighton University. She started her nurse practitioner career serving as a Captain for the Air Force where she provided medical and mental health care to veterans, active-duty members, and their families. While serving, she obtain specialized training in the treatment of depression, anxiety, insomnia, PTSD, and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder.

After the military, she obtained training from the International Sports Science Association where she obtained her personal training certification and fitness nutrition education. She also pursued education at the International Academy of Aesthetics with an emphasis on neurotoxin administration. She is now pursuing her post-graduate certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Washburn University.

She approaches each patient with compassion and understanding and believes everyone should have access to high-quality concierge wellness and mental health care. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son, 4 dogs, 2 cats, 4 chickens and a turkey.
